Happy Windows
Just an update on one of Haberdashery's latest projects, hot off of the Manufactory studio floor! These 100% hemp basket weave curtains were the perfect addition to this lovely family room. And baby Jack likes them too!
The objective: Affordable. Light permeable and simply beautiful curtains.
How we did it: For this project, my client wanted to add some simple tab curtains using the fabric from her coordinating couch pillows. We disassembled the pillows, re-used the fabric for the tabs and tie backs and sourced some natural colored hemp that was a perfect pairing with the coral patterned pillows for the face fabric. Mitered trim made these panels hang nicely and look crisp and chic. The accent buttons set the design off with their funky shape and rich dark wood color. Buttons were hand made by artisans in the North Carolina Mountains-
What did we learn in this process: How to sew a perfect mitered corner. For more instructions please hit us up by email at www.info@habsav.com
What a light, airy, no fuss addition to this functioning baby friendly family room-
